Business Hours

We operate on Central Standard Time (CST / UTC-6). This is when we are most likely inspecting new arrivals, packing your orders with care, or sipping tea from our favorite porcelain.

  • Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed (We’re likely out finding new inspiration or giving our hands a rest from the clay!)

Our "Human" Response Promise

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours during our working hours.

If you send us a message after 8:00 PM or on a Sunday, please don’t worry; we haven’t forgotten you! We’re simply recharging. Your inquiry will be the very first thing we handle when we arrive back to the table the next morning. We believe that real, thoughtful answers take slightly more time than an automated bot, and we appreciate your patience with our small-scale pace. 

A Little Note on Materials

Not sure which mug is right for you? If you’re curious about how our glass mugs handle thermal shock or why our stoneware feels so grounded, just ask. We are intimately familiar with these materials, having utilized them on a daily basis at Apt 34.
